Mandarin in P3/4

P3/4 really enjoyed participating in a range of Mandarin activities last week. They enjoyed listening to traditional Chinese music, writing Chinese characters, creating a New Year card as well as learning how to use chop sticks correctly.

In class this week we have been learning all about a traditional Chinese Folktale The Magic Paintbrush. The children were able to sequence the story and then retell it to one another in small groups. The children really enjoyed creating a drawing of what they would do if they had a magic paintbrush.
